'Day 14 and a change of pace today as we are hitting a killer Ab Workout Bodyweight Only. An ab workout is something we haven\'t fully concentrated on yet in the bootcamp so I wanted to throw this one in there today to smash the abs and core.  While also giving the rest of your body and legs a little rest for finishing the week strong tomorrow  You guys love the ladder workouts so much I decided to do a ladder workout for the abs.   I\'m not going to lie. This is going to BURN
